This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines the rules for using the Naomi Platform (https://naomi.so) and Services (“Platform”), operated by Insight Labs (“Insight Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). As a non-custodial AI-powered DeFi ecosystem on blockchains like Solana and Hyperliquid, Naomi empowers users with AI agents, on-chain intelligence, and trading insights—provided you use it responsibly and lawfully.
You may use the Platform only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes consistent with the Agreement, such as:
> Developing and testing AI agents > Analysing on-chain data for educational insights. > Interacting with integrations (e.g., Privy wallets, TradingView charts, Hyperliquid trades) in compliance with their terms.
All use must respect others' rights, our systems, and applicable laws (e.g., UAE/RAK DAO regulations, GDPR, AML/KYC).
Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
1. Violate Laws or Regulations: Engage in illegal activities, including money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, sanctions evasion, or unauthorized access to systems. Comply with prohibited jurisdictions (e.g., Iran, North Korea, sanctioned countries) per Terms of Use (https://www.naomi.so/termsofuse) Section 3.
2. Harm the Platform: Introduce viruses, malware, or code that disrupts, overloads, or impairs the Platform (e.g., DDoS attacks, excessive API calls).
3. Exploit Integrations: Misuse third-party services (e.g., automated arbitrage on Hyperliquid, unauthorized wallet cloning via Privy) or circumvent limits.
4. Scrape or Automate Illegally: Harvest data, reverse-engineer AI models, or use bots/scrapers without permission—except for permitted AI agent testing.
5. Infringe Rights: Upload/distribute infringing content, harass users, or impersonate others (e.g., fake wallets or AI outputs).
6. Market Manipulation: Use insights for pump-and-dump schemes, insider trading, or deceptive practices—Naomi empowers ethical decisions only.
7. Spam or Abuse: Send unsolicited messages, overload support, or create fake accounts.
8. Bypass Security: Attempt to hack, phish, or access unauthorized areas (e.g., private keys, admin tools).
9. Commercial Exploitation: Resell Services, sublicense AI agents, or use for business without our written approval.
10. Interfere with Others: Disrupt user experiences, forge data, or violate privacy (e.g., doxxing via on-chain analysis).
Enforcement
We monitor for compliance and may:
1. Issue warnings for minor issues. 2. Suspend/terminate access for serious/repeated breaches. 3. Report to authorities (e.g., RAK DAO, law enforcement) for illegal activity. 4. Cooperate with investigations, sharing data per Privacy Policy(https://www.naomi.so/privacy).
Decisions are final; no appeals for security reasons. You indemnify us for breaches per Terms of Service (https://www.naomi.so/termsofuse) Section 5.
Revisions
We may update this AUP with notice via Platform/email. Continued use = acceptance. Review periodically.
