Cookie Policy

How Naomi uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on its websites and Platform.

What are Cookies?

Cookies are small data files that are placed on your computer, mobile device, or
other devices when you visit a site or use an application. Cookies serve different
purposes, like helping us understand how our site and Platform are being used,
letting you navigate between pages or features efficiently, remembering your
preferences (e.g., language or theme settings), and generally improving your
browsing and user experience. Cookies can also help ensure advertising you see
online is more relevant to you and your interests, such as tailored DeFi insights
or AI agent recommendations.

Who Places Cookies on My Device?

Cookies set by the site or Platform you visit are called "first-party cookies".
Cookies set by parties other than us are called "third-party cookies". Third-party
cookies enable third-party features or functionality within the site or Platform,
such as site analytics, advertising, social media integration, or blockchain
explorer links. The parties that set these third-party cookies can recognize your
computer or device both when it visits the site or Platform in question and also
when it visits certain other sites and/or mobile apps. We do not control how these
third parties use your information, which is subject to their own privacy policies.
See below for details on use of third-party cookies and similar technologies with
our sites, web applications, mini-apps, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

How Long Will Cookies Stay on My Device?

The length of time a cookie will stay on your device depends on whether it is a
"persistent" or "session" cookie. Session cookies will only stay on your device
until you stop browsing or close the session. Persistent cookies stay on your
browsing device after you have finished browsing until they expire or are
deleted, which could be days, weeks, months, or even years depending on the
cookie's purpose.

What Other Tracking Technologies Should I Know About?

Cookies are not the only way to track visitors to a site or Platform. Companies
use tiny graphics files with unique identifiers called beacons (and also "pixels" or
"clear gifs") to recognize when someone visits its sites or interacts with content.
These technologies often depend on cookies to function properly, and so
disabling cookies may impair their functioning. We may also use other
technologies like local storage objects, embedded scripts, or device
fingerprinting to enhance functionality, analyse usage, or prevent fraud in our
non-custodial DeFi and AI agent features.

What Types of Cookies and Similar Tracking Technologies Does Naomi
Use?

We use cookies and other tracking technologies in the following categories
described below. These help deliver our non-custodial AI-powered DeFi services
on Solana and other blockchains, including AI agent development, trading
insights, and educational resources.

Essential Cookies

These cookies are essential to provide you with services available through our
websites and Platform and to enable you to use some of their features. Without
these cookies, the services that you have asked for cannot be provided, and we
only use these cookies to provide you with those services. Examples include
maintaining secure sessions for AI agent interactions or basic navigation in our
wallet interfaces.

Who serves these cookies: Insight Labs

How to refuse: Because these cookies are strictly necessary to deliver the
Platform to you, you cannot refuse them. You can block or delete them by
changing your browser settings however, as described below under the heading
"Your Choices". Note that doing so may prevent access to core features like
account login or transaction simulations.

Functionality Cookies

These cookies allow our websites and Platform to remember choices you make
when you use them. The purpose of these cookies is to provide you with a more
personal experience and to avoid you having to re-select your preferences every
time you visit our websites or interact with the Platform. Examples include
remembering your preferred blockchain network (e.g., Solana mainnet) or AI
agent customization settings.

Who serves these cookies: Insight Labs.

How to refuse: To refuse these cookies, please follow the instructions below
under the heading "Your Choices".

Analytics and Performance Cookies

These cookies are used to collect information about traffic to our websites and
Platform and how users use them. The information gathered may include the
number of visitors to our websites and Platform, the websites that referred them,
the pages or features they visited (e.g., Pulse Page or On Chain Intelligence),
what time of day they visited, whether they have visited before, and other
similar information. We use this information to help operate our websites and
Platform more efficiently, to gather broad demographic information, monitor the
level of activity, and improve the Platform (e.g., optimizing AI agent performance
or identifying popular trading strategies).

PostHog

The Platform, including https://naomi.so and subdomains like app.naomi.so, uses
PostHog to help analyse how users interact with AI agents, DeFi tools, and
educational content. PostHog uses first-party cookies to track visitor behaviour,
enable session replays for debugging and product improvement, and collect
performance metrics. Data shared includes anonymized IP addresses, device

details (e.g., browser type, OS), referral URLs, usage events (e.g., page views,
clicks, User IDs if provided), and other technical information to evaluate Platform
usage, generate statistical reports, and enhance features. PostHog acts as a data
processor under our Data Processing Agreement, with no third-party cookies,
retargeting ads, or cross-site tracking. Data is stored in the US (default) or EU
(via German hosting option) and complies with GDPR via EU-US Data Privacy
Framework certification and Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers.
You can find more information about PostHog's privacy policy here:
https://posthog.com/privacy. To opt out of PostHog tracking, manage first-party
cookies via your browser settings, modify integration code if self-hosted, or
contact us at privacy@insightlabs.com for assistance with rights like data erasure
or objection. Note that opting out may limit our ability to personalize or improve
the Platform based on aggregated insights.

Privy (for Wallet Infrastructure)

The Platform embeds Privy's SDK for wallet setup, which uses first- and third-
party cookies (e.g., essential for authentication, performance for usage tracking
like login events). Data shared includes IP addresses, device info, and session IDs
to enable secure, non-custodial wallet creation. Cookies help analyse trends and
improve integration reliability.
Privacy policy: https://www.privy.io/privacy-policy. Opt-out: Manage via browser
settings or Privy's embedded controls; contact privacy@insightlabs.com for
assistance.

TradingView (for Charting)

Embedded charts from TradingView use cookies and beacons (e.g., functional for
preferences like zoom levels, analytics for view counts via Google Analytics
integration). This tracks pseudonymous interactions (e.g., chart loads, symbol
searches) to personalize visualizations. No personal data is shared beyond what's
embedded.

Privacy policy: https://www.tradingview.com/privacy-policy/
Cookies policy: https://www.tradingview.com/cookies-policy/
Opt-out: Use TradingView's settings or browser tools; Google Analytics opt-out:
https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Hyperliquid (for Trading Execution)

When placing trades via Hyperliquid integration, their app may set session
cookies for order processing (e.g., temporary auth tokens). Data like wallet
addresses and timestamps is processed on-chain, with minimal off-chain
tracking.

Privacy policy: https://app.hyperliquid.xyz/privacypolicy.
Opt-out: Limited, as trades are direct; manage via Hyperliquid's app settings.

X (formerly Twitter) (X Corp.)

Pixels are small amounts of code placed on a web page, in a web-enabled app, or
an email. We use pixels, some of which we provide to advertisers to place on
their web properties, to learn whether you've interacted with specific web or

email content—such as sharing DeFi insights or AI agent updates—as many
services do. This helps us measure and improve our services and personalize
your experience, including the ads you see related to blockchain trading.

You can find more information about X's privacy policy here:
https://x.com/en/privacy.

How to Refuse:

To refuse these cookies, please follow the instructions below under the heading
"Your Choices". Alternatively, please click on the relevant opt-out link provided
for each provider above. You can control these cookies as described in the "Your
Choices" section below. The third parties who serve cookies listed in the table
above may use other third parties to place cookies, but any such indirect
placement of cookies is out of our control. You should review the privacy policies
of the third parties listed above to find out more information about their use of
cookies.
